Debbie Nelson was incorporated in Texas in 1998. Debra Nelson, the founder and CEO, previously worked in hardware and software engineering, taught in the Masters programs in Computer Science at the University of Texas at Dallas, and traveled as an independent Consultant for several large companies. Debra received her BSIT Degree from the University of North Texas and her MBA/MIS from the University of Dallas.

WHAT
Debra saw a need for improved hiring methods, to ensure that the people talent and the company needs are carefully matched for optimum productivity, which directly contributes to the success of the employee and the improved bottom line.

Debra utilized her acquired skills as an approach "Technology for the Search".
